2 Sets of S13 Oil Immersed Transformers Successfully Delivered to Manila, Philippines

Last month, Haosheng Power completed the delivery of 2 sets of S13 oil immersed transformers for a factory expansion project in Manila, Philippines.

The customer is a local electrical contractor who has been handling power distribution upgrades for several manufacturing plants. During the initial communication, the customer mentioned that their project schedule was very tight, and the transformer delivery from their previous supplier would take more than 30 days, which could seriously delay the installation progress.

After receiving the customer’s technical requirements, our engineering team quickly reviewed the transformer specifications, including capacity, voltage level, and installation environment. Based on the actual site conditions, we provided a practical solution and confirmed all technical details within one day.

Production was arranged immediately after confirmation.

For this project, we supplied S13 oil immersed transformers with 100% pure copper windings. This design helps reduce power loss, improve operational stability, and extend service life, which is especially important for industrial factory environments where stable power supply is critical.

Before shipment, each transformer completed full factory testing, including:

Ratio test

Winding resistance test

Insulation resistance test

No-load and load loss test

Voltage withstand test

Separate factory test reports were prepared for customer acceptance.

To ensure transportation safety, each transformer was packed in reinforced wooden cases. Our team carefully arranged the loading process, secured all units inside the container, and completed shipment within 7 days.
